Process
We partnered with a PR team who defined the strategic and communications objectives, then built everything needed to make those objectives work in practice. That meant creating the brand identity, designing and building a website with full job listing functionality, CV submission, course registration, and conversion tracking setup. We also produced photo and video campaign assets and content for Meta ads to support the hiring campaigns.
The platform launched and is actively generating leads for aviation recruitment across the region.
