Process
We identified snail mucin as an undersold ingredient in a crowded market, most brands either buried it in a formula or leaned so hard into the "unusual" angle that the skin science got lost. The gap was a line built around it properly: credible, considered, with a visual identity that felt as refined as the ingredient deserved.
We developed everything from the concept up: naming, full line strategy across seven SKUs, formula direction and product category logic, bottle design and sourcing, packaging, brand identity, visual direction, and photoshoots. Then designed and built the Shopify store to match the same standard. One continuous build.
Swrl launched publicly, is trading through its own DTC store, and is already moving into wholesale and showroom placement.
